“CAROLINE, FROM ELYTIS BUSINESS SCHOOL TO LANCEL!”
Caroline, who holds a European Master’s Degree in Business Management and Strategy from the FEDE, is a former student of Elytis Business School, a FEDE member school based in Brest – France.
Drawing on an enduring passion for fashion, the luxury industry and artistic circles, Caroline chose Elytis Business School to study for a Bachelor’s Degree in International Marketing, followed by a European Master’s Degree in Business Management and Strategy from the FEDE earned under a work-study program at… Lancel.

A few days after receiving her European master’s degree, Caroline was hired under a permanent contract as manager of the Brest outlet. Then, she was promoted two days later to Paris, France, as the deputy director of the Lancel in Saint-Germain des Prés!
Caroline looks back on her experience at Elytis Business School: “These three years have been very enriching and the school really helped me in terms of preparing my professional training contract,” then reflects on the future: “In 5 years, I’d like to be a store manager and in 10 years rise to the head office.”
