CAFA, a member school of the FEDE, is a renowned international school in the wines and spirit industry.
“We receive students from around the world who are passionate about wine, seeking to learn about wine tasting and wine making techniques, in addition to the various regional classifications in France as well as those from around the world in order to excel at their jobs, be it sommelier, importer, distributor, restaurant business, wine shops and wine dealers among others,” explained Patrick Portier.
The school is based in Bordeaux (France), Beijing (China) and Miami (USA), and offers FEDE’s European Bachelor of International Marketing.
