Philippe Fort is a managing director in the ESMOD (Ecole Supérieure des Arts et Techniques de la Mode) group. ‘Turning talent into expertise’ – that is the credo of ITIC in Paris. We met the institution’s Director of Education Marie-Thérèse Camus, who told us more about what makes her institution so special. What did you study? I’m what we call in France an ‘educational engineer’. In the mid-1980s I completed a master’s in computer science (Paris VI University). Meet Sandrine Malozon, member of the managerial team at the Ecole des sciences et techniques commerciales (ESTC) in Marseille. What did you study? I have a PhD in sociology (with a focus on education) from the Université Marc Bloch in Strasbourg (2014). I also have a DEA from the Université d’Aix-en-Provence. My research focuses on inequality in what and where people choose to study. What have been the highlights of your career?  I’ve always taught. What did you study? I have a degree in trade and management from the French Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, though frankly I’m committed to ongoing education.
