OVERVIEW OF THE INSTITUTION

Al-Mustaqbal University College (MUC) in Iraq is a private university founded in 2010. It is located in a well-known ancient historical part of Iraq, 100-km to the south of the capital Baghdad.  

Accredited by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, it is considered as one of the leading universities in Iraq, with a staff of more than 550 as well as 6500 students. 

As a multi-disciplinary university, MUC aspires to become the leader in teaching and learning locally and nationally in the Medical, Engineering, Legal and Administrative fields. It is looking to achieve excellence in academic programs in keeping with international quality standards.  

Additionally, it focuses on promoting academic research, and adopting innovative ideas which contribute to the development of infrastructure and to improving academic performance.
