CANVAS is a Swiss institution specialised in fashion and graphic design. It is based in Lausanne (the Swiss Olympic City). Founded more than 25 years ago, the institution has gained an outstanding reputation for its visual arts programmes. It offers a wide range of courses, including in fashion design, graphic design, illustration and publication, and fashion management. Mixing theory with practice, students learn to master disciplines in their entirety. One of the strengths at CANVAS is the possibility of an individualised student program.
