The aim of Hesias programmes is not only the awarding of a qualification but also employment. Hesias does not consider its work complete until each graduate has signed his/her first permanent job contract.

The institution’s network of business partners provides its students with internships, sandwich-training contracts throughout their studies (pre-employment) and exclusive job offers.
