OVERVIEW OF THE INSTITUTION

ISTH is a professional school based in Fez, Morocco, which offers training in 5 sectors of activity: hotel management, catering, tourism, marketing and HR. Thanks to demanding academic programmes, a structured living environment, practical teaching and a true school spirit, the Specialised Institute in Tourism and Hospitality wishes to train future executives with ambitious and international professional careers.  

ISTH offers programmes focused on management and leadership in the hospitality and service industries.  

With its emphasis on didactics and practical courses, ISTH is African in the first place, European in its work ethics, American in its teaching methods and multinational in its student body.  

All programs emphasize the development of critical thinking, reflection, understanding of contemporary management theories, and the complementarity between theory and practice.  

More than just a hotel school, ISTH is a civic-minded establishment based on 5 essential values: personal development, innovation, responsibility, humility, and ethics in order to create an “ISTH spirit” on a daily basis.
