SSIT – SCUOLA INTERPRETI EDUCATIONAL SERVICE LANGUAGE EXPRESS
Scuola Superiore per Interpreti e Traduttori (SSIT) with Head Office in Pescara has been responsible for the formation of interpreters and translators for over 30 years and offers linguistic services for public and private institutions. The School has initiated a number of collaborations with agencies and with private institutional universities as Scuola Universitaria S.S.M.L. “Gregorio VII”, Rome, responsible for Degree Courses in Linguistic Mediation with the objective of accomplishing a “Diploma Degree in Linguistic Mediation” equivalent in every respect to that issued by public universities.
S.S.I.T. has also been responsible for online formation courses for over 10 years and was the first School in Italy to offer this opportunity with an equivalent method, both in terms of quality as well as all material concerning the didactic method carried out in class. Students off the premises, are guided personally with a method that allows for maximum personalisa- tion on the basis of progress and of the didactic objectives of the student according to their time requirements.
The FEDE is an INGO International Non-Governmental Organisation and a supranational institution that was created in 1963, which is endowed with participatory status with the Council of Europe. It federates an international network comprised of over 500 higher and professional education institutions in 35 countries across 4 continents, which share a common project that is hinged on academic excellence, pedagogical innovation, scientific research and openness to the world. The FEDE delivers 90 European degrees that are available in English and in the national language, from the Foundation Degree, the European Bachelor’s Degree, the European Master’s Degree to the DBA Doctorate of Business Administration. The FEDE counts an international network of over 180,000 alumni.
