We have already said a great deal about the pandemic and have paid tribute to the solidarity between our member institutions, which has made it possible to keep our students learning and to go ahead with our examinations. In this issue you will notice that the lockdowns have not kept us from taking decisions, being innovative and forging ahead with our work. The FEDE’s network of institutions has itself sped up the changes that were underway and taken the initiative in suggesting new practices.
My thoughts go to those members of our network that are closing 2020 in difficult circumstances and that face uncertainties. I would like to assure them of our solidarity. We will be standing by them in 2021. I’ll finish with a few of our recent achievements: new accredited and approved qualifications, new member institutions, the advancement of our Language Certificate and the marvellous recognition of the FEDE’s expertise through the granting of official UNESCO partner status!
On behalf of everyone on our team, let me send you our more personal best wishes – without a face mask and with a warm embrace. We hope very much that in 2021 we will be able to meet in person in Dubrovnik for a warm hearted and lively GA.
